Our Brief

DNA were asked by Dialogue to find a new ECD to head up the business and drive it forward with it's Creative. This was not going to be easy. After working though the brief with Sarah she was very clear about the hire she wanted to make and the character she needed. After a few calls I knew pretty much instantly who would fit the bill. With my experience of working within this sector agency side it wasn't long before I had a shortlist of credible candidates to present. In the space of a couple of weeks Sarah had exactly who she wanted and everything seamlessly slotted into to place.

Taking the time to sit down with Jack and go through the business plan, we decided that in order for the business to grow a key hire would be Commercial Director/Business Director. Jack decided to use DNA exclusively for this hire – backing us to deliver quickly and effectively. Working to a tough brief it was clear there were only going to be a small handful of candidates that had the right experience for this start-up venture. After 24 hours we had established 2 key candidates who could be right for this very unique opportunity. Four interviews later, Jack had hired a brilliant Business Development Manager who had the right mix of technology exposure and previous start-up experience. It was the perfect match. Our Brief

We were approached by Ed Wood at A Little Bird as he'd been struggling to find the right person to join him to take his agency forwards. On sitting down and listening to what he needed, it was apparent that the people he'd been sent and had interviewed via others, were totally off the mark. Something he agreed with.

We took the brief back to the beginning and looked at a small handful of the best candidates for the role. It took longer than Ed would have liked, but in the end we found the right person. Being precise and by not giving up, the end result hopefully speaks for itself.

Via our network we were introduced to an exceptional candidate in NA who was looking to relocate to EMEA or APAC. We worked with him to refine the most suitable opportunities and made introductions in both regions.

Due to the close relationships we have we were able to go straight to a global HR Director with a top-down view on network opportunities. From initial meetings in NYC, the focus was swiftly progressed to China ultimately resulting in a successful engagement and relocation.
